Acer announced that they would release 3 new tablet pc and a dual screen laptop.

First off is that 2 of the 3 tablets will run android OS 3.0 and the other Windows Phone 7. Screen sizes will be available in 10.1″ and 7″. The windows one will have a next generation AMD processor and graphics. They all feature a 10-point Multi-Touch Screen. All of these tablets are thought to be released in april 2011. The Windows Phone will be shipped along with a dock that has a keyboard therefore turning it into a laptop just like the Motorola Atrix even though that is a phone. Acer also promise that unlike the iPad they will have flash and they will have HDMI ports to connect them to your TV and will show 1080p Full HD on it. The Windows Phone 7 version also has 2 Camera’s, one front-facing and the other rear-facing. Both will be 1.3MP

Now the dual screen laptop. A weird but state of the art laptop as both screens are touch screens and 1 of them is where the keyboard should be. Now obviously Acer aren’t stupid so they made the bottom screen a Touch-Keyboard. Other than the 2 screens this laptop is basically the same as a normal Acer. Even with this huge similarity some say it should be rivaled with tablets and not laptops.
